Since juice doesn’t have fiber, it doesn’t have the same digestion needs as regular food. Nutrients are more easily absorbed by your body.

  • 2 lemons
  • 4 apples 
  • 2 cucumbers 
  • 1 cup water


Beet cleanser juice recipe


  • 2 lemons
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 apples
  • 2 beets


Anti allergy juice recipe


  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup seedless grapes
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1 apple
  • 1 mint 


Liver detox juice recipe


  • 1 beet, scrubbed
  • One handful of greens,  (dandelion greens are perfect for the liver)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 lemon
  • Turmeric root


Energy booster juice recipes


 Green booster Juice

  • 4 green apples
  • 350 gm celery sticks
  • 500 gm spinach

 

Orange booster Juice

  • 4 oranges
